股市大起大落，投資人的心情也跟著七上八下，關心股票行情的上班族，不方便在公司內看股市網站該怎麼辦呢？別擔心，有網友設計出全中文化的MSN機器人，只要把它加入MSN好友名單中，不僅可以用MSN來查詢股票行情，無論新聞、星座、音樂、工作等資訊，都可以「有問必達」。

越來越多網友離不開MSN，看準MSN的普及及便利性，有網友設計出多功能的MSN機器人－「有問必達」，不同於現有其它的MSN機器人只懂英文，這個MSN機器人完全可以用中文來溝通，網友只要在好友名單中加入它的帳號（live0800@hotmail.com 、stock0800@hotmail.com、stock0800@msn.com、ustock0800＠hotmail.com），無聊時就可以找它聊天對話，而不方便在公司查詢股票行情，只要在對話框中輸入個股名稱或代號，它就會回答你目前股價。
MSN機器人程式設計者林文達：『如輸入台基電的中文名稱或代號，會出來目前的股價，如果你想要看走勢圖就點一下走勢圖。
